It's been a while since we have posted, mostly because the weather has been so gorgeous that it's hard to spend time on the computer! The grass is green, the daffodils are blooming - it's finally spring!

The most recent group of chicks have been on pasture for a couple weeks now. We have more chickens and turkeys arriving in the upcoming weeks. We're expecting our ewes to lamb anytime now. In a week or so, our pigs head off to the butcher. They've done an amazing job aerating the garden.

Thanks to everyone who gave us feedback on the chicken sausage. It was a new product for us and we are glad that everyone enjoyed it so much! We loved hearing the different ways you used the sausages.

Craig's out planting fig trees and blueberries bushes at the moment. Better get back outside now!
