Our farm is a small, family owned business dedicated to sustainable farming with an emphasis on quality. We started out developing our property as a horse farm and have since diversified. We are inspired by an interest in quality food and quality farming.
Sarah grew up on the North Fork of Long Island surrounded by the countryside’s plentiful farm stands and the cooking of her mother, a chef. Craig grew up surrounded by sheep, goats, bunnies, and horses. We love preparing the food we raise and grow, and we love sharing our food with our community.
